The Crankbrothers Mallet Trail Speed Lace clip-in shoe is the perfect blend of performance and adventure. Engineered for thrill-seekers, the trail shoes were designed with rugged durability and adventure in mind to keep you confident on and off the trail and comfortable in the saddle for longer rides.

A synthetic upper features a single pull-lace closure system complete with lace pocket, perforations to provide airflow and breathability, and a TPU-reinforced toebox for enhanced protection. In addition, a fiber-reinforced shank and an aggressive outsole lug pattern bring pedaling efficiency and all-terrain versatility to every ride.

Our innovative Match System optimizes engagement for any MTB clip-in system, whether that’s Crankbrothers or SPD. It comes with Match shim and Crankbrothers cleat pre-installed in a neutral position, so they are ready to ride with Crankbrothers pedals right out of the box.

The new Trail tread pattern is designed for balanced traction on and off the bike, great walkability, and an optimized pedal interface. A stiff fiber-reinforced nylon shank transfers power efficiently, and a low-rebound EVA midsole damps vibration.
