The Crankbrothers Mallet Trail BOA® clip-in shoe is the perfect blend of performance and adventure. Built for the trail or your next enduro race, the Mallet Trail BOA® will provide you all-day comfort paired with ultimate racing performance.

A lightweight yet durable rip-stop upper features a TPU-reinforced toebox for enhanced protection and a flexible collar around the ankle to prevent debris from entering the shoe. In addition, a fiber-reinforced shank and an aggressive outsole lug pattern bring pedaling efficiency and all-terrain versatility to every ride.

Our innovative Match System optimizes engagement for any MTB clip-in system, whether that’s Crankbrothers or SPD. It comes with Match shim and Crankbrothers cleat pre-installed in a neutral position, so they are ready to ride with Crankbrothers pedals right out of the box.

I find the strap and boa very convenient when needing to make quick on trail adjustments, especially on long rides if my feet swell a bit. Comfort has been solid and no hot spots. "Mallet Trail BOA in blue gray color are fantastic. Comfortable and sure footing with perfect match on Mallet E pedals. Tested these out on the VBN trails in Quebec. Impressed with the performance; comfortable and grippy on the rocks. Four plus hours in the saddle and these shoes felt great. Solo ride, so couldn’t grab an action shot, so will have to deal with Mallets in Moss! If you have not tried CB shoes, you are missing out! CB have become my go to shoes, Mallet and Mallet Trails are the best out there."
